  22. Does your Amiga 2000 have the OCS (original chip set) or ECS (Enhanced
  23. Chip set)? If it has ECS, you should be able to use the Productivity
  24. display for a VGA-like (~31khz) display on your VGA monitor. The only
  25. limitation is that you only get 4 colors (out of a palette of 64). But
  26. you would have a high res VGA display WITHOUT a flicker fixer. You would
  27. need the 23-pin to 15-pin connector. I've seen these advertized for $20
  28. or less. A flicker fixer would of course give you more options (and you
  29. would not need the 23-pin to 15-pin adapter).
